Mr. Nreepen Das, the chairman and managing director of the conglomerate, has nearly three decades of experience in real estate and government contracting as a first generation entrepreneur. After completing his graduation in civil engineering from the Assam Engineering College, Guwahati; Mr. Das started government contracting. Over the next few decades, besides establishing himself as one of the leading contractor and industrialist of the region; was also instrumental in expanding the group into several different verticals and sectors ranging from real estate, hospitality to various other industries. Our CMD firmly believes in pursuing excellence and his decisive leadership, competitive spirit and work ethics has been a major influence on the group’s success. He is a staunch believer of the principle that great works are performed, not by strength but by perseverance. His copious experience in real estate sector over more than 25 years has helped us acquire the prime parcels of land and estates for our group. He is a man with a foresight that enables him to identify intrinsic potential in business opportunities and transform them into commercial success.
